1. How do I join Holy Grail Club?

If you have purchased credits (and won bonus credits) then you need to join our Holy Grail Club on the SLACK APP. Details on how to do this are in this document.

2. Can I purchase and spin an offer more than once?

You certainly can and if you want to maximise your value, it's recommended!

Just ensure that you only claim a coupon code ONCE per time you spin. Eg, if you receive code "xyz" entitling you to $50 bonus Holy Grail Club credits then you can only claim that offer ONCE per time received.

If you spin again and receive the same offer and coupon code, that's fine, as you have purchased and spun twice so can claim the offer twice.

NB: After we have acknowledged your credits in Slack (or provided notification of any other product upgrade) - we delete your email so you can use that offer wheel again. Otherwise you'll need an alternate email address to SPIN THE WHEEL AGAIN FOR THE SAME OFFER until we've done that.

All spin results are recorded and can be crossed-check. If we detect any fraud then you'll be removed from Holy Grail Club permanently and any purchased credits will be lost - so play fair and nice.

3. What is the mathematical expectation of each spin?

It's fantastic!

It's an unheard of positive expectation (normally all raffles, pokies, sweepstakes, etc have a negative expectation). And VERY positive. Like 100%!

We have designed the wheels to give away more in bonus upgrades than what we receive in original purchases. For example, "Queensland Oaks - Offer 1" - has a positive return of 100% - so that means for every $5 of purchases, we provide, on average, $5 of bonus credits (above and beyond any value you receive already).

Some will hit the top prize or minor prizes. Some spins won't receive an upgrade bonus but that's the luck of the wheel!

So in reality, a $5 purchase, on average, receives $15 worth of value ($5 purchase = $10 credits plus an average expectation of another $5).

Put simply - this is a fantastic and generous deal for you.

4. Can the top prize be won again?

Yes! Every spin the wheel is reset. You have the same chance of winning the top prize every spin no matter if it has been won before.
